VIDEO: McDonald's employee attacks manager

A video of a staff member seemingly attacking his manager has gone viral, highlighting the need for mediation in the workplace. 

The incident occured in the McDonalds restaurant where they were both employed. The fight was recorded by a customer inside the branch in New Rochelle, in Westchester County, New York. It shows the employee and his manager walking towards each other during what appears to be a heated argument.

The employee then lashes out at his manager, landing several punches on the manager’s face. The manager then attempts to walk away, before the employee wrestles him to the ground.
