Shouting staff & turned away because of skin colour - how not to conduct a group interview

Group interviews are normally a cauldron of competitiveness; with each candidate wanting to usurp the rest of the pack, the Malay Mail Online reports.

With multiple interviewees added to the equation, the recruiter in charge has to ensure that nothing gets out of hand, and that all leave knowing they were treated equally.  

Previously, a CeX store was inundated with applicants after posting a quartet of job opportunities, but the only side effect was time wasted sifting through applications. Rayani Air’s walk-in job interview session took a turn for the worst in more ways than one…

Candidates took to Facebook to criticise the session, saying it was poorly managed and that staff were “rude.” Some were turned away due to overcrowding after waiting.
