HSBC's Global Head of Executive Resourcing expands remit

HSBC’s Global Head of Executive Resourcing is now their Head of Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Executive Resourcing.

Dominic Ryalls joined the bank in April 2014 as Head of Executive Resourcing - Europe before being promoted to Interim Head of Resourcing - UK & EMEA six months later. Three months later he became their Global Head of Executive Resourcing.

He has also held senior recruitment positions at the Co-operative Group (Interim Head of Executive Talent) Unilever (Interim Global Resourcing Director) and Barclays (Head of Executive Resourcing).
