Preparing candidates for oddball interview questions could become a recruitment norm, with the rise of peculiar lines of questioning deemed to uncover a potential employee’s true character.
However, no level of practice could prepare candidates for the absurd questions apparently asked at the American National Football League (NFL), who combine a week-long interview where college players perform physical and mental tests for NFL scouts.
