Preparing candidates for oddball interview questions could become a recruitment norm, with the rise of peculiar lines of questioning deemed to uncover a potential employee’s true character.

However, no level of practice could prepare candidates for the absurd questions apparently asked at the American National Football League (NFL), who combine a week-long interview where college players perform physical and mental tests for NFL scouts.

Not content with just rating the player’s physical prowess, Forbes reports that former NFL defensive Austen Lane has revealed some of the questions asked of him personally.
