Hollywood star cast as Head of HR in untitled HR Fox comedy show

A Hollywood star will play a Head of HR in a pilot comedy show.

Judy Greer is the actor who has been cast in the role. The project will be produced by 20^th Century Fox TV. Her character will head up the HR department in a plastic moulding plant.   

Greer will play a Head of HR “who is caught between trying to manage her charmingly incompetent human resources department and a new eccentric CEO who dreams of bringing the New Jersey plastics plant into the future”, The Hollywood Reporter reports.  

It is hoped this show will bring HR into the mainstream and shed a comedic light on the function. HR departments sometimes struggle to define themselves to employees, and, if done correctly, this program could help clarify the confused.
