The Atlantic Council’s Director of HR has been promoted to the newly-created position of Chief Talent Officer.
As Chief Talent Officer, Adwoa Jones will continue to oversee all HR functions, will collaborate with the Council's development team to support their talent goals, will lead executive-level searches, and will develop a plan to invest in the Council's talent with a greater focus on professional development.
Jones said: "I am delighted to take on the additional responsibilities presented with the Chief Talent Officer position. For an organisation as dynamic as the Atlantic Council, it is necessary that our talent and human resources missions do not end with an offer letter and onboarding checklist. This new structure will allow the Council to reach the next level in terms of how it attracts, retains, and develops the best global affairs team in the business."
