Rethink Group names Chairman

Talent management firm Rethink Group has appointed  a new Group Chairman.

Richard Martin was previously Chairman as RPO firm Ochre House, now part of Cielo, and has served as a Non-Executive Director at Rethink since 2014.

The news of his succession come at the same time as Rethink formally relaunches and brands itself Rethink Talent Management, as RTM.
