NATS appoints HR & Corporate Services Director

Home Retail Group’s Group HR Director has left to join the aviation and aerospace company NATS.

Julie Elder said of her appointment: “NATS is well known for the excellence of its people who deliver very high standards of safety and service in some of the world’s most congested skies. My challenge will be to help my new colleagues make the transition to new technology and a new way of working.”

NATS CEO Martin Rolfe said: “Julie brings extensive experience leading organisations through major change and she has a detailed understanding of the challenges within the aviation industry. I believe she will be a great addition to the executive team as we take NATS into a new era for air traffic management.”

She will begin her role at the end of March.
