UBS to allot bonuses by employee behaviour

An international bank has reportedly started to rank their employees on factors such as team work and ethical behaviour.

Following a string of scandals, including manipulation of benchmark interest and foreign exchange rates, UBS has started to rank their employees’ behaviour as part of the company’s performance reviews.

That is according to Reuters. The news agency has interviewed two sources familiar with the subject.

The bank, which has around 60,000 employees worldwide, is now grading its employees from one to five on their behaviour, and these reviews will form the basis of bonus rewards.
