"Only dyslexics should apply": Job ad provokes controversy

A company has released a recruitment campaign which stipulates that all candidates must have dyslexia in order to apply.

The Garage, a creative firm based in London, has launched an ad which features Apple Co-Founder Steve Jobs, who also had dyslexia. Beneath the photo, the caption reads: “We require people with a unique mind, so only dyslexics (like Steve) should apply.”
