19 top companies for staff perks

From egg-freezing to life coaching, some companies go above and beyond when it comes to employee benefits.

Whilst it’s expected that most employers will offer their staff some sort of perks package, there are a few organisations which seek to go further than the rest, proffering more and more outlandish and bizarre benefits.

A recent report by Glassdoor identified 19 companies in America which provide more than the basic perks package, and listed them according to benefit reviews submitted by employees. The report also looked at just how important benefits are in recruiting and retaining top talent.

The survey found that 57% of staff cite benefits and perks as being amongst their top consideration before accepting a job. Four in five people also admitted that they would prefer a perk over a pay rise.
