What are the biggest HR challenges you currently face?

As Canon evolves into new business areas such as 3D printing and Network Visual Solutions, we are continuously looking at how best we can transform our business and help our workforce develop new ways of working. These changes also mean we face different methods of doing business, as well as the people and organisational challenges attached to this.

How will you continue developing your workforce?
