Prime Minister David Cameron changes “first sift” of recruitment process

Prime Minister David Cameron has outlined changes to the recruitment process, stating that candidates who have served time in jail will not have to put their convictions on their CV.

These changes will apply to the civil service. It is hoped that other organisations will make similar moves in the future.
