The Super Bowl celebrates its semicentennial anniversary on Sunday as the Carolina Panthers take on the Denver Broncos.

One of the biggest games in world sport holds a whole host of lessons for L&D professionals, three of which can be found below.

Nothing loses a dressing room quicker than a coaching team that is not singing from the same hymn sheet. Similarly, an L&D function that is constantly firing mixed messages to its workers will steeply decline in productivity.
