Almost four out of five L&D professionals would like a new job, according to a study by Blue Eskimo.
The research revealed that 78% of L&D professionals want a new role. That is an increase by 11% from last year.
Nearly a third (31%) of L&D professionals desire a more interesting role, up three per cent from last year,
44% do not feel stretched or challenged in their current positon (up four per cent from last year), 23% wanted more pay, and 16% wished for better career prospects.
