Will gender pay reporting decrease pay rise potential in 2016?

Following Prime Minister David Cameron’s decision to force companies to publish the pay disparity between male and female staff, one survey has highlighted the potential pitfalls with this new legislation.

A recent survey by reward consultants Paydata questioned employers who have scheduled pay reviews during January and April 2016, asking if they have already set their pay budget for the year ahead.
