Starbucks autistic employee finds Facebook fame as 'Dancing Barista'

An autistic teenager has found internet fame through demonstrating his unique method of serving coffee at work.

The Starbucks employee, known only as Sam “The Dancing Barista”, has a form of autism which manifests itself in jerky body movements. As such, he struggled at work in making and distributing customers drinks. However, thanks to his dedicated manager, Sam found a way around the condition in order to fulfil his dream of becoming a barista.

The video was posted on Facebook by Carly Fleischmann, who also has autism, and has so far received worldwide acclaim.
