Five million jobs will be lost due to the technological revolution, according to a report from the World Economic Forum (WEF). The Fourth Industrial Revolution could also mean that unskilled workers will be replaced by robots.
But the CEO of Manpower reportedly has an idea of how to avoid rising unemployment figures.
Speaking with Business Insider at the WEF Conference in Davos this week, Jonas Prising, CEO and Executive Chairman at Manpower said that the solution lies in the word “training.”
He explained: "Going forward, because we believe in the notion of learnability, companies should use the concept of getting more people into iterative training. We believe we have the winning formula.
