UK's best employers revealed

Following a wide-ranging survey by Statista, that was commissioned by Bloomberg’s content and research division, the UK’s best employers for 2016 have been revealed.

Jaguar Land Rover came first, followed by AstraZeneca and Harrods.

Over 15,000 UK workers, working for more than 1,600 UK firms that have a working populous over 500, were asked. “[They were] consulted anonymously through several online panels, which enabled the employee to openly state his/her opinion, avoiding any influence from their employer,” the study says.

Participants were also asked if they would recommend their employer on a scale of zero to ten; ten being “I would definitely recommend my employer” and zero being "I wouldn’t recommend my employer under any circumstances.”
