Apple's Angela Ahrendts paid more than CEO Tim Cook in 2015

Apple CEO Tim Cook was not the highest paid employee at Apple last year, according to a regulatory filing. 

That honour fell to Angela Ahrendts, the only woman on Apple’s executive team and Apple’s SVP - Retail and Online Stores.

The former Burberry CEO’s pay consists of a $1million annual salary, $20million in stock, a $4million bonus and relocation expenses of $474,981, amongst other expenses. This totalled up to $25.3million.

Comparatively, Cook took home a $2million salary, an $8million bonus, and $281,327 in other expenses. This totalled up to $10.3million.
