Santander announces new Director of Talent, Learning and Resourcing

Santander has hired a new Director of Talent, Learning and Resourcing.

Jim Richardson made the move from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) where he served as Global Head of Recruitment for three years. Prior to this, Richardson held the position of Global Head of Resourcing and Diversity at RBS from 2010 to 2012.

Richardson has enjoyed a prestigious career, working for the likes of Lehman Brothers, PURE Recruitment and Michael Page.

Richardson was educated at Loughborough University where he attained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics.
