Department of Health hires Director - People & Capability

The Department of Health has appointed a Director of People and Capability.

Kate Tilley had previously been an HR Director at the Ministry of Justice, a position she had held since April 2014.

She has also been an HR Director at WSP Group, and has also worked at Metro Imaging.
