Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass) find new Head of HR internally

The Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass) has promoted their Senior HR Manager to Head of HR.

James Hyde has been with the organisation for just under nine years. 

He has also worked for Education Leeds (Senior HR Business Partner), EY (Graduate – Human Capital), and Calderdale MBC (HR Advisor).    

Speaking to HR Grapevine, Hyde said: “I consider it a privilege to be appointed Head of this award-winning HR service. Cafcass’ workforce performs tirelessly every day to make a positive difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable children and families in society. I relish the challenge of continuing to ensure that our people strategies underpin and advance core business priorities and frontline service delivery, whilst ensuring a culture which fosters high-performance, talent-realisation, engagement, and health and wellbeing.”
