Unlimited parental leave
Companies all over Silicon Valley have been improving their paternity and maternity leave, making it flexible with more paid time off. However, Netflix has outdone all of that by introducing unlimited paternity and maternity leave. The company has recently gone even further with this, as they announced that this benefit will be extended to hourly workers just in time for Christmas.
