Duncan Bannatyne in Twitter spat with 12-year-old child

A schoolboy was left “disappointed and upset” after he became embroiled in an online spat with entrepreneur and leading businessman Duncan Bannatyne.

Rocco Rose sent Dragon’s Den guru Bannatyne a message on Twitter asking for advice on a new business plan; however he soon received a somewhat terse and rude reply.

Rose, a budding entrepreneur himself, already buys and sells to schoolmates and friends, and was keen to glean some knowledge from Bannatyne.

Rose originally tweeted Bannatyne the message: “Hey, I asked you for an idea for another business plan of what I can do. I took up buying and selling stuff online. Thank you!”
