Adecco Group name new CHRO

The Adecco Group has appointed a new member of the Executive Committee and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Shanthi Flynn will join the company as of 1 March 2016. She has almost 30 years’ experience leading human resource functions across multiple countries in Europe and Asia.

Flynn was most recently based in Hong Kong as Senior Vice President Human Resources of Walmart Asia. She led the HR team for Walmart’s retail businesses. The businesses employ approximately 150,000 people in more than 800 stores throughout the region.
