Returning talent is an oft-underused resource; with many firms neglecting those with skills and experience, but no employment, in favour of other options.
Natasha San Juan, Head of EMEA Infrastructure Staffing at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BoAML), talks to Executive Grapevine about the banks Returning Talent programme.
