Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg's one question for all employees

Following his recent fatherhood and subsequent philanthropic binge, the world’s attention is now firmly set on Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

In a recent interview with Business Insider, Facebook Advertising Executive Carolyn Everson claimed that Zuckerberg has one question which he wants his employees to ask themselves every day.

She said: “Each day at work, when we think about what our goals are, and how we should think about the business, I always look at myself and say, 'Am I dreaming big enough?'

“Because look at what he's doing now. He's dreaming about a world [where] literally everyone has the ability to connect to the internet. He's dreaming of a world where people have a voice. He's dreaming of a world where we're disease free in ten to fifteen years.”
