As businesses in the financial sector are preparing themselves for a hard time sourcing talent in 2016, recruitment agencies are urging companies to do more to embrace disruptive talent.
Savant Recruitment and Cordant Recruitment recently released a report. Their survey highlighted the challenges companies in the financial sector will face next year when it comes to recruitment.
Three quarters of senior professionals in the sector predicted that it would be challenging to source talent.
However, the two agencies claimed that too many companies seem to miss out on one important opportunity. They urged companies to do more to nurture disruptive talent. Disruptive talent refers to people with the ability innovate and challenge the conventional wisdom within the company in order to drive change in the company.
