Glassdoor has announced the winners of its Employees’ Choice Award, which recognises the best places to work in the UK in 2016.
In its eighth year, Glassdoor analyses companies work-life balance, culture and general staff satisfaction levels based on employee reviews and ratings. The awards are given to 25 businesses based on ratings given by UK based employees between 3rd November 2014 and 1st November 2015.
Speaking to Executive Grapevine, Diarmuid Russell, Head of International, explained his admiration for the annual awards. He said: “I love our UK Best Places to Work list this year – it proves that employers can create great workplaces in any industry and any part of the country.
