That is according to Matt Straz. He is the Founder and CEO of the HR, payroll, and benefits platform sofware development company Namely.
Writing for Entrepreneur.com, Straz says that onboarding “can be lonely but it doesn’t have to be a solo venture” and suggests that everyone, not just the HR department, should help new hires feel welcome.
