Happiest companies to work for in 2016 revealed

From generous benefits packages, to fostering a healthy work-life balance, there are many factors at play when it comes to promoting a happy workplace. Job search site CareerBliss has revealed their sixth annual list of the 100 happiest companies to work for in 2016.

The results are based on eight individual factors known to impact personal happiness; an employee’s relationship with his or her boss and co-workers, work-life balance, workplace environment, resources, compensation and benefits, opportunities for professional development and company culture.

The list looks at thousands of employee reviews, reported to CareerBliss between 2014 and 2015. Heidi Golledge, CareerBliss CEO, commented: “The CareerBliss Happiest Companies in America reveals insight into what continues to motivate and inspire people to find happiness at work.
