Kuoni Group announce Group Chief HR Officer

Kuoni Group has appointed VFS Global’s Chief of HR as their new Group Chief HR Officer.

Bernard Martyris will be responsible for the overall Group’s HR strategy, leadership development, and talent and performance management.

Speaking to HR Grapevine, Martyris said: “Kuoni Group is in the process of accelerating a major organisational transformation programme, which it embarked upon a few months ago, and HR is playing a critical role in driving this transformation.

“My top priorities in my new role will be talent management and change management as far as our leadership team and our people are concerned.
