A toy factory in the North Pole has hired a Head of People and Culture.
Buddy The Elf initially worked for the firm, headed up by Kris Kringle, as an apprentice on the Kringle 3,000, 500 Reindeer-Power jet engine. Speaking to HR Grapevine, Buddy outlined his plans for his first day at work: “First we’ll make snow angels for two hours, and then we’ll go ice skating, and then we’ll eat a whole roll of Toll House cookie dough as fast as we can, and then, to finish, we’ll snuggle.”
