BGL Group names new Group HR Director

BGL Group has appointed a Group HR Director.

Chris Shepherd has also been a Group HR Director at tech company Edwards, as well as VP HR at Mars and Chief HR Officer at Kantar.

Speaking about the appointment Shepherd said: “I am excited to be joining a growing company like BGL. People are key to our success.”

BGL CEO Matthew Donaldson said: “His global insight and previous experience working in major multi-national organisations is a perfect fit for us as we grow BGL. His experience in data-led and digital environments, and solid executive background, make him a very strong addition to our Executive Board.”
