Ashurst hires new CTO

Law firm Ashurst has appointed a new Chief Talent Officer (CTO).

Caroline Rawes joins the company from Taylor Wessing where she held the title of HR Director for over four years.

Prior to this, Rawes worked at Linklater in the capacity of Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager, Head of Recruitment, Head of HR - Systems & Processes and UK HR Director. She also serves on the Advisory Board for Westminster Business School.
