We’re all guilty of being a little hot-headed at work. However, when that short-tempered manner turns into bullying, an office can suddenly become a horror movie.

In an interview with Business Insider, Andrew Faas, former Senior Executive at George Weston and author of The Bully Trap, explains how he himself suffered through the emotional trauma that stems from working alongside a suit-clad sociopath.

"I think the most telling sign is their sadistic nature," Faas claims. “I've led and managed workforces that are in the thousands, and I've always been, and still am, a very demanding leader, but I motivate through respect because I want people to improve.”

Faas goes onto explain that psychopaths are single-minded, thinking only of themselves and their own accomplishments. “They're going to live their life and do, say and behave the way they want to behave, without any consideration for others.
