Yahoo’s current state of affairs can be surmised by the actions of its Head of HR, Bryan Power, who glossed over a damning employee engagement survey in a recent meeting.
The revelations come in a Forbes article titled ‘The Last Days Of Marissa Mayer?’
The article spoke with “more than a dozen current and former executives who requested anonymity to discuss confidential matters.”
The survey’s conclusions did not make good reading: “[It] showed dramatic double-digit drops in metrics like morale and trust in the company’s executive leadership,” says the article, written by Miguel Helft.
