CEO found guilty of sexist notes on job application

The CEO of a UK based pharmaceutical company has been found guilty of sexual discrimination, following a lawsuit brought against him by his former Personal Assistant (PA).

David Noakes is the Chief Executive of Immuno Biotech, the manufacturer behind the discredited cancer 'wonder drug' which was banned earlier this year amid healthcare concerns.

Shortly after, he became embroiled in a legal battle with PA Lucia Pagliarone, who alleged that he made sexist and offensive notes on her job application.

According to the MailOnline, Pagliarone told the panel that she made the discovery upon finding her old application form in a pile of papers on Noakes’ desk.
