Tim Cook demands 'inclusion and customer engagement' retraining for staff

Apple employees across the world are set to undergo training following an incident of alleged racism in an Australian store.

A video, which has been widely circulated, shows Apple staff banishing a group of black teens from the shop, claiming: “They are just worried you might steal something.”

The group of students were forcefully asked to leave by the workers at the Melbourne store, prompting Apple CEO Tim Cook to launch a global L&D scheme.

According to The Guardian, Apple boss Tim Cook has ordered that all staff be retrained on “inclusion and customer engagement.”
