Bank of England appoints Interim Head of Diversity and Inclusion

The Bank of England has hired an Interim Head of Diversity and Inclusion.

Simon Fillery joins from Barclays, where he was Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion. He had also been VP in Operations and L&D at the bank.

He has also worked for Citi, and is a board member for the Albert Kennedy Trust. This year he was named one of the Top 50 LGBT Executives of 2015 by the Daily Telegraph.
