In business, developing your personal impact and personal effectiveness requires you to consider how you come across to others and what you can do to create the kind of impression you want. The key is to change the very impression you make without having to change your whole personality (which you can’t).
The same can be said of Katniss Everdeen in the Hunger Games. Katniss’s character does actually not fundamentally change. What changes are her circumstances, and most of the novel watches her dealing with the different situations she encounters.
