Top 10 most awkward office moments revealed

What is the most embarrassing thing to have happened to you at work? Chances are there are a few to choose from.

The British Heart Foundation has interviewed over 2,000 UK employees to find the definitive top ten moments that have made you cringe in the office, with some rather surprising results.

In order to raise awareness for their new campaign aimed at fighting heart disease, the foundation polled everything from mild mishaps to excruciatingly embarrassing encounters to see what ranked highest in offending British sensibilities.

The list included instances of spilling something down your clothes before an important meeting (22%), making small talk when making tea (17%) and even correcting your boss when they call you the wrong name (17%).
