Hotel staff driven mad after Board insists they listen to Mariah Carey all day

Employees at a hotel in Sydney have been reportedly driven crazy by having to listen to the same Mariah Carey album on a loop all day.

Staff at Perth's Crown Hotel told local newspaper The Sydney Morning Herald that workers are subjected to Carey’s greatest hits album constantly, all day, every day. And the very specific music choice is apparently an order straight out of the Boardroom.

James Packer is current owner of Consolidated Press Holdings Limited, a company which controls the investments and management of all Crown company casinos and hotels. He is also Mariah Carey’s boyfriend.

“Staff are going batty,” explained a source to Fairfax Media. “Even some of the guests are, as they keep playing her music on repeat, it's a directive from Packer himself.”
