Bourne Leisure announce new People Director

Bourne Leisure has a new People Director.

Sarah Dickens joins from Provident Financial Group, where she was Executive People Director for UK & ROI. She has also worked for Asda, where she was most recently the People Operations Director.

On top of this, she has also been a Non-Executive Director at Marshall Motor Group since Februaury 2015.

She said of her appointment: “I’m excited to be joining Bourne Leisure to play a key part in shaping the future people strategy across the group. I am looking forward to building on Bourne’s great people heritage and supporting the Bourne team to deliver an even better experience for both its team members and its guests.”
