Avis Budget Group's Talent and Capability Director promoted to VP Global Organisational Development

Avis Budget Group’s new VP Global Organisation Development joined in January 2013 as Talent and Capability Director.

Mike Hawes held a trio of senior HR roles at B&Q before joining the leisure, travel, and tourism company. They were Director of Organisational Development (September 2007 to march 2011), Director of HR (SSO) (Match 2011 to March 2012), and Director of Talent, Resourcing and Development (March 2012 to November 2012).

He also held the position of Head of Organisational Development at Eurostar for three years (2001 to 2004).
