Businesses threatened by poor talent acquisition strategies

Nine out of ten business leaders believe consistently delivering quality hires should be an optimum priority for in-house recruitment teams, according to research by recruitment process outsourcing company Cielo.

However, 55% rated their performance as effective. 89% said that talent is a competitive advantage for their firm.

The research also found that there are spaces in talent acquisitions capability to provide strategic thinking (35%), make a measurable impact (35%) and demonstrate agility (32%).

The report, titled Talent Acquisition 360, asked approximately 700 executives, business unit leaders, and talent acquisition leaders.
