Recruiters are too concerned with working hard when they should be working smarter and adopting new recruitment technology.
That is according to Plamen Ivanoff. He is the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of the recruitment software company i-intro.
Ivanoff explains in a LinkedIn article that there are five reasons why recruiters should quickly implement new recruitment technology.
He says: “Investing in emerging technology does not come without risk, and requires you to do your due diligence on [both] the team and technological vision in which you are investing.
