Towers Watson appoint Head of Flexible Benefits

Towers Watson has hired a Head of Flexible Benefits.

Kim Honess re-joins the company from Mercer, where she held a similar role.

Speaking to HR Grapevine, Honess said: “I have received a warm welcome from everyone within Towers Watson, and I am very pleased to have re-joined the flexible benefits practice.

“In the last few years I have seen demand for flexible benefits continue to increase, as employees demand more choice and employers are looking to save costs on outdated and underused benefit offerings. I am looking forward to building on my experience in this area to ensure our clients are provided with the best possible service; giving them the tools they need to design, build and implement excellent flexible benefits for their workforce.”
