KCA Deutag find Head Global Talent & Mobility internally

Oil and energy company KCA Deutag has appointed a Head Global Talent & Mobility.

Pauline Weddell was previously Head of Organisational Development there.

She has also worked at Capita Life & Pensions as Head of Employee Development, at Resolution as a Senior L&D Partner, and at BskyB as Head of Customer Service Training.

She is also Managing Director of her own management consulting company, Horizons Consultancy. She set up the firm in December 2008.
